Aqua Premiums Warranty

Aqua Premiums warrants to the original purchaser that your Aqua Premiums product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Aqua Premiums does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

A warranty claim must be submitted on aquapremiums.com within the warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt. 

Aqua Premiums may require the customer to provide proof of purchase and/or meet registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Please note that multiple forms of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., purchase receipt and confirmation of purchased items).

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Aqua Premiums that can be identified by the "Aqua Premiums" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to:
(a) Damage due to acts of nature, such as lightning, tornadoes, and similar events;
(b) Negligence;
(c) Commercial use;
(d) Modifications to any part of the product;
(e) Damage caused by using non-Aqua Premiums products;
(f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
(g) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses outlined by Aqua Premiums or with improper voltage or power supply;
(h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than an authorized representative of Aqua Premiums.

If any term is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES

Except as prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

Except as prohibited by applicable law, Aqua Premiums shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or any other legal theory, even if Aqua Premiums has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
